  • Why is my order not here yet?
    Local Shipping (Singapore) is typically within 2-3 Days. If you picked registered postage, your package is trackable via the link in your email. International Shipping (Everywhere Else) can take up to 2 weeks depending on your country. *Please note that there are now shipping delays due to Covid-19. Thank you for your patience!
  • How long does it take for me to receive my order?
    Eyewear orders are processed and mailed out within 48 hours. Handmade orders are made to order with love and mailed out within 5 working days unless otherwise stated. As we are a one-man show, we appreciate your patience as we get them out to you without compromising on the love and care as we pack your order.
  • Can I make changes to my order once its been sent?
    As we strive to process your order as quickly as we can, making last minute changes will hinder us from getting it out to you efficiently. As such, we advise that you look through your cart to confirm your purchases before placing an order. If your order was placed within the past hour and you'd like to make a change, you can write to us here. No promises, though!
  • Can I add prescription lenses to my glasses?
    Yes, of course! Send them to your preferred optometrist to get them done. You can even transform sunglasses into spectacles by switching the tinted lenses to clear prescription ones!
  • Do the sunglasses have UV Protection?
    Yes! Our sunnies have 100% UV Protection. It is important to note that they are light to medium-tinted, hence are not suited for extreme sports or activities that require you to look directly at the sun for an extensive period of time. They are safe for driving and best suited for medium-strong sunlight.
  • Do you have any discount codes?
    Not all the time, but for special occasions we do! Check out our Instagram for any ongoing promotions.
  • How much is shipping?

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do. Unless you live in the middle of Antartica. Then I'm sorry, but also how are you reading this??
  • I don't like the pair I bought. Can I exchange it?
    No, you can't. Please be sure of your purchase before you check out. We are not responsible for any "accidental buys" or "I changed my mind"s. You could gift that pair and get another one for yourself!
  • My frames arrived and they are faulty. What now?
    We're so sorry that happened! While we make sure every pair is packaged safely and in good condition, we have no control over what happens after we send them out for mailing. Please contact us with your order details within 24 hours of receipt and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
  • I have a shelter I think you should work with. How do I tell you?
    Awesome! We are always looking for non-profit shelters to work with. Please contact us and let us know.
  • I want to Volunteer but I don't know how to get started. Help?
    That is great! There are many ways you can volunteer. You can start out by locating the nearest shelter to you, or look around online for one and decide on one that speaks to you. Look for a contact person on their site and someone is bound to point you in the right direction. If you can't find one, you can check out our secret guide to volunteering. All the best xx
